Some travellers think that they are very experienced people. May be they are, but apart from experience there is such a notion as Good Luck! I mean even experienced travellers could travel a lot and didn’t even think about airport stopovers. So, today I would like to share with you information as to main surviving rules in airport stopovers.

So, as a rule lounges provide free access.

Anyway, even if they don’t, send emails to your family and friends, find more about your holiday destination, or even learn a few words of the local language. Just don’t panic!

Exercise

Sounds ridiculous? But it isn’t. And it doesn’t matter whether you have already spent many hours in an airline seat or there is a flight ahead of you, think about your body and make some exercise (I am talking about walking, look for a gym, or even a swimming pool). Anyway, stay tuned!

Be Pampered

You know, some airports offer such great facilities as SPA treatments, manicures, pedicures, massage. Relax and you will take everything very easy!

Shopping

It is a great time-killer only for those who can count their money and won’t have a bag filled with things they don’t really need.

Entertainment

You can watch TV, listen to the music, read a book or … actually, entertain yourself!

We were house-sitting for my cousin in Coevorden and had the use of their car. We drove all over The Netherlands. There is a parking lot at the entrance to the village. Just park and walk in. It's well worth the trip.
