Believe it or not but such unpleasant things DO happen and I guess nobody wants it to happen with his or her own luggage. So, let’s have a look at the following tips and find out how to avoid lost luggage:
- the best rule not to stay without your luggage is to carry it on, but it is really ridiculous because nobody will allow you to do so;
- label your luggage inside and outside;
- colour your bag: I mean take a small piece of a colourful tape and roll it over a small detail. You will easily notice your bag and it will immediately have some special tag;
- take a picture of your bag and in case somebody has stolen it, show this picture to police;
- get rid of old tags, otherwise airport workers can occasionally send it somewhere else;
- lock it!!!
