Visa is one of the most important documents one needs while either going to make a trip to a country with Visa-entry or simply while going to study in a foreign country. - a Form I-20;
- a completed DS-158 and DS-156 visa application with a photo;
- your valid passport;

- a document showing your status (single/married).
