It stretches in the east – from Austria and Slovenia, as well as through Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Italy and to France in the west. There is a general division of the Alps -  the Western Alps and the Eastern Alps.

A question which of these 2 incredible pictures to take had been puzzling me for a couple of hours, before I decided to choose both of them and show your great contrasts of the magnificent Alps. 

The first picture shows nice color contrasts between the sky and the mountains. And it is the French Alps.

And the 2nd one shares with us beautiful countryside with gorgeous clouds and the sharp mountains.  It is the Swiss Alps. Both of them are so realistic!
