Waterfalls are real miracles of the nature. Even a small waterfall always attracts public attention. They reflect unrestrained powers of nature. The image of continuously running water calms you down and reminds, that Mother Nature is much more important than we suppose. The USA is a very rich country in both real and figurative meaning. Its nature is striking, there are a lot of waterfalls there. The best of them are:

Niagara Waterfalls . First of all, it is really FALLS and not one fall as we used to think. Niagara Waterfalls is a group of giant falls which are situated just between the USA and Canada. Despite the same name, there can be separated three falls Horseshoe Falls , American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls. Niagara waterfalls considered to be the biggest in North America. It is one of the most visited places because of the striking beauty of water. Brave tourists can find amusements there, such as going under the Niagara Waterfall on board the small ship. Thus, they will wear raincoats and hold strong to desk. But, practical americans build there a hydroelectric station. And killed two birds with one stone.

Yellowstone’s Lower Waterfalls. This incredible waterfalls situated in Wyoming, that is in Yellowstone National Park. Lower waterfalls gather crowds of people and very often it is impossible to view the waterfall in its full beauty. For this reason, in the National Park one can find numerous points for waterfall watching. Actually, just to clarify the situation – there are two waterfalls. In some places these falls are even higher than the Niagara, but, of course, they are not so popular and their name is not buzz words.

The only one remark – you have to be bold and brave!

Just FYI, the second picture you put up for Yellowstone Falls (the one with the bridge) is actually Multnomah Falls near Portland Oregon.
Of course, Multnomah certainly deserves its own entry on the list anyway, so since you’ve already got the picture…
