La Jolla with the median price: $1.85 million

Why is it so popular? Because of its views. They are truly amazing and considered to be one of the most beautiful views in the USA. The nature is really spectacular. Everything can be found here – dolphins, numerous beaches, forests, charming cliffs, shops, cafes, clubs, restaurants, amazing marine life at the Stephen Birch Aquarium-Museum as well as the Museum of Contemporary Art.
